I called Dickerson Outdoor Products looking for some umbrella and restaurant furniture options for my restaurant on the Outer Banks. I went in and met the staff, which were great, and we started looking for options that would best fit my needs. The staff went above and beyond what I expected! They ordered my umbrellas and my furniture and made sure that shipping was handled fast. My umbrellas got held up in Atlanta and the owner flew there, rented a truck, picked up the umbrellas and drove back all in one day!! Two days later he drove to Ocracoke from Raleigh and installed all of the umbrellas and assembled the furniture. That, in my book, makes their customer service second to none!
